By accessing and using Antigen AI ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Detector by Antigen AI is an application that utilizes artificial intelligence ("AI") to analyze and classify images and videos provided by users. The App allows users to upload media content, which is then processed to determine the likelihood of the content being AI-generated or human-made.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

AI Detector offers subscription-based services through RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings through your account.

5. Credits

Users are allocated a certain number of credits, which are required to perform classifications within the App. Credits are deducted based on the type and duration of media analyzed. Subscribed users receive monthly credit allocations. Credits do not expire unless specified otherwise.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any media content you upload.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use automated means to access the App for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
8. Content Ownership and License

All content you upload to the App remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the services offered by the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Antigen AI, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antigen AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the App.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
